WeCare was established in July 2011 in Addis Ababa by Dr. Yisak Gessese Mesfin, Doctor of Pharmacy, from Oregon Health and Science - Oregon State University- USA, and Dr. Daniel Kidane -Doctor of Pharmacy from Massachusetts Health College, Boston, USA.
